Our tubs and nests are manufactured under the strictest cleanroom conditions and meet the high requirements of GMP class C (ISO 7). We ensure that your products meet the highest quality standards at every stage of the process.
Using a fully automated process, the parts are removed directly from the single or double molds and stacked, packaged and labeled under cleanroom conditions. In this way, they arrive safely and particle-free at our customers' pick-and-place machines, where vials or syringes can be filled sterilely and medicines packaged aseptically.

Thanks to the precise manufacturing and excellent dimensional stability of our tubs and nests, you benefit from smooth production - without scratch marks, glass breakage or particle contamination. - Nest 100 PP 012.2 (10×10) for 0.5 ml, 1.0 ml long, and 1.0 – 3.0 ml
- Nest 160 PP 0 9.4 (10×16) for 0.5 ml and 1.0 ml long
