Always a little better: At Fischer Söhne, we understand the demanding requirements of the life sciences market in every detail. That’s why we offer cleanroom products that meet the highest standards and are tailored precisely to your needs.

How do we achieve this? Through state-of-the-art injection molding technology with clamping forces up to 500 tons, we manufacture both single components and fully assembled devices. Whether from standard plastic or high-quality technical thermoplastics, we reliably meet all cleanroom requirements according to GMP Class C, ISO 7, or ISO 8 and are certified to ISO 13485.

State-of-the-art production in a clean room

In our ISO 7/GMP Class C cleanroom, we manufacture tubs and nests for packaging medical syringes, using single and dual injection molding tools, robotic systems, as well as automated packaging and labeling. Our range for producing plungers for medical syringes spans from 0.5 to 50 milliliters. Thanks to high clamping forces, highly efficient solutions with multi-cavity molds are also possible.

We are one of the few providers in the pharmaceutical packaging market to offer multiple injection molding machines with 500-ton clamping force in a cleanroom environment. This enables us to work with you to develop, design, and ultimately manufacture larger packaging solutions.
