Recognized as a Performance-Sport-Friendly Apprenticeship Company 2025/2026
Muri, 19 November 2025 — Fischer Söhne is pleased to share that we have been recognized as a “Leistungssportfreundlicher Lehrbetrieb” (performance-sport-friendly apprenticeship company) for the 2025/2026 training year. The label—awarded within the Swiss Olympic framework—acknowledges employers that enable young athletes to combine elite sports with vocational training through flexible, supportive structures.
What this means
- Dual-career support: We coordinate training plans, competitions, and exams so apprentices can progress in both sport and profession.
- Structured flexibility: Supervisors and HR provide planning reliability while accommodating seasonal peaks in sport.
- Visible commitment: Labeled companies are listed by Swiss Olympic, underlining the quality of their support for young athletes.
Why it matters

Thank you
Our trainers and teams make dual careers possible—through careful planning, mentorship, and day-to-day flexibility. We’re proud of our apprentices who pursue excellence both on the shop floor and in competitive sport.
