AVOR / Production Planning Specialist – 100% (m/f/d)

We are looking to fill the following position immediately or by agreement:

AVOR / Production Planning Specialist – 100% (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

Production planning and control of a 3-/4-shift manufacturing operation
Creation, release, posting and follow-up of production orders
Capacity and resource planning
Preparation of cost calculations and post-calculations (production controlling)
Coordination and ownership of change management processes
Continuous analysis and optimisation of processes
Creation of work plans, work instructions and process documentation
Support in conducting root cause analyses and troubleshooting activities
Preparation of training materials and delivery of employee training sessions
Close collaboration with upstream and downstream functions and maintenance of master data in cooperation with other departments
Participation in daily shopfloor management activities

Your Profile

Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
Initial experience in production planning and scheduling (AVOR/PPS) is desirable
Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
Structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
