CPHI Frankfurt 2025: Strong traffic, stronger connections

Muri, 31 October 2025 — From 28–30 October 2025, Fischer Söhne AG exhibited at CPHI Frankfurt, the world’s leading pharmaceutical event and a genuine magnet for an international audience. With high footfall from day one and a steady stream of expert conversations, the fair delivered exactly what the pharma ecosystem promises at its best: concentrated know-how, decision-makers on the floor, and direct feedback from the market.
On site for Fischer Söhne: Herbert Kaminski, Philip Nehr, Richard Weigl and Ivana Thiesson—a cross-functional team spanning business development, technical expertise and marketing. Their shared focus: real-world challenges in aseptic filling, drug delivery and scalable component manufacturing.

What stood out on the show floor

High visitor numbers, high relevance. Our stand saw consistently strong traffic across all three days. We held many qualified discussions with pharma manufacturers, CDMOs and device producers—and collected new leads from Europe, Asia and North America. The international mix was tangible and valuable.

Tub & Nest in focus. Our Tub & Nest system drew sustained attention for efficient aseptic filling: compatibility with established equipment, robust handling, and a clear path to process efficiency. The design and functionality resonated with stakeholders who need reliability at scale—without compromising speed, cleanliness or integration.

CMO capabilities for injection-molded parts. Alongside Tub & Nest, we discussed our role as a contract manufacturer for customized, cleanroom-grade injection-molded components. Topics ranged from material selection and design-for-manufacturing to validation, assembly and logistics—reflecting the industry’s need for partners who can bridge engineering and execution.

Happy Hour, real networking. The Happy Hour with live music in the Gallery proved to be more than a social add-on: the atmosphere was excellent, participation was high, and the conversations went deeper—turning first exchanges into concrete next steps.

Customer and partner dialogues. A core element of the fair for us was the exchange with existing customers and the exploration of new collaborations. From development projects to roadmap discussions, the feedback we received was practical, pointed and market-relevant.
Key conversations we’re taking forward
- Aseptic filling & line integration: Matching Tub & Nest parameters to line capabilities and throughput targets.
- Combination products: Interfaces between primary packaging, delivery devices and automation.
- Quality & scalability: Cleanroom production, documentation, and timelines for industrialization.
- Sustainability & materials: Interest in mono-material approaches and recyclability in secondary/tertiary elements.

Teamwork that shows
Events like CPHI demand coordination: from stand preparation and demos to back-to-back meetings and follow-ups. The cooperation between business development, technical experts and marketing ensured we could move seamlessly from high-level requirements to concrete solution paths—right at the stand. Thank you to everyone who contributed on and off site.

Our takeaway
A successful appearance: strong visibility, valuable new contacts, and actionable input from the market. CPHI Frankfurt strengthened our position in an international environment—and confirmed the relevance of our offering, from Tub & Nest to CMO services for custom injection-molded parts.
Given the event’s importance, we’re already looking ahead: Fischer Söhne AG will exhibit at CPHI 2026 in Milan. We look forward to continuing the conversations and sharing further developments.

Let’s continue the conversation
If we didn’t meet in Frankfurt—or if you’d like a deeper dive into Tub & Nest or our contract manufacturing capabilities—our team is happy to set up a follow-up (virtual or on site).
