Process & Production Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

To strengthen our dedicated team, we are seeking to fill the following position immediately or by agreement:

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing and automation processes for injection molding and extrusion blow molding parts
• Manage your own projects to improve efficiency and safety from project planning to project implementation
• Participate in the design of machine parts and tools and adjust the production layout using CAD applications
• Prepare budgets for new production lines and oversee project management during implementation
• Create process and work instructions, as well as maintenance plans
• Develop process metrics and goals; establish action plans to achieve desired outcomes
• Collaborate closely with the development department in process design, test runs, and the industrialization of new products
• Supervise maintenance personnel and create, organize, and conduct training sessions
• Provide hands-on support for operational process adjustments and machine component repairs
• Participate in process FMEAs and support internal/external audits

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training (plastics technician, polymechanic, or designer), ideally with further training as a plastics technician
• Experience in injection molding and extrusion blow molding is an advantage
• Experience managing challenging technical projects in the plastics field
• Ability to evaluate and analyze complex processes
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of 3D CAD (ideally SolidWorks)
• Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.Highly reliable, precise, and self-motivated
• Team-oriented, motivated, and responsible personality
