Process & Production Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

To strengthen our dedicated team, we are seeking to fill the following position immediately or by agreement:
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing and automation processes for injection molding and extrusion blow molding parts
- Manage your own projects to improve efficiency and safety from project planning to project implementation
- Participate in the design of machine parts and tools and adjust the production layout using CAD applications
- Prepare budgets for new production lines and oversee project management during implementation
- Create process and work instructions, as well as maintenance plans
- Develop process metrics and goals; establish action plans to achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborate closely with the development department in process design, test runs, and the industrialization of new products
- Supervise maintenance personnel and create, organize, and conduct training sessions
- Provide hands-on support for operational process adjustments and machine component repairs
- Participate in process FMEAs and support internal/external audits
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training (plastics technician, polymechanic, or designer), ideally with further training as a plastics technician
- Experience in injection molding and extrusion blow molding is an advantage
- Experience managing challenging technical projects in the plastics field
- Ability to evaluate and analyze complex processes
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of 3D CAD (ideally SolidWorks)
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.Highly reliable, precise, and self-motivated
